The Annual Meeting of the Thunder Bay Yacht Club will be held on Thursday
November 20th. 2025 at 7:00pm, at the Mission Island Clubhouse.  An
opportunity for input and to hear club operational and project updates,
director and financial reports, presentation information, and the selection
of new directors to the board.

and are open for nomination:

Individuals interested in a Director position or in nominating someone are
requested to contact the Nominating Committee via the Secretary
(ldmacdonnell@gmail.com [1]).  Please note the window for Director position
nomination (either for self or other individual) closes seven (7) days prior
to the Annual Meeting by November 13th, 2025.

Note:  If you are interested in assisting but not able to undertake a
director position, please also inform the Nominating Committee.

Member motions will be submitted to the secretary by Monday November 3rd.
2025 for inclusion in the final draft minutes of the meeting.

Minutes from the previous year’s Annual Meeting (to be approved) are
available in the document section of the website.
