NOTICE TO COMPETITORS: The Offshore Series Notice of Race is amended as follows:

  • Change item 4.2, Schedule: The time of the skippers’ meeting for the Silver Islet race is changed from 11:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Rationale. To accommodate the Silver Islet 150th Anniversary Sailpast.

  • Add new item 4.5: A separate notice of race will be issued for the International race only. It will be published as the Lake Superior International Race Notice of Race.

Rationale. The Lake Superior International Race will remain a race in the TBYC Offshore Series, but will have its own notice of race in order to address its inclusion in the Lake Superior Yachting Association offshore series, use of a waypoint as a mark on the course, safety regulations, and other rules and information unique to that race.
