I acknowledge that the Thunder Bay Yacht Club, its officers and assignees, cannot be responsible for the safety of my crew, my boat or myself. I agree that I retain the final responsibility for the safe operation of my boat, and that my decision to race or to continue to race is made with due consideration of the probable risks involved. I certify that I will indemnify and hold blameless the Thunder Bay Yacht Club for any loss incurred by or to my crew, my boat, or myself and that I will maintain liability insurance sufficient to cover such losses. I also agree to comply with the Code of Conduct of the Thunder Bay Yacht Club Racing Program, the ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing, The TBYC Notice of Race and the TBYC Sailing Instructions.

A boat will not be scored unless the Fleet Captain has received, prior to the race, this Application and Waiver and a completed Rating Application or Renewal form.

A boat will not be scored unless appropriate race fees have been received by the Treasurer.

The completed Ratings or Renewal Form must be received one week prior to the race to be scored.
